Been coming to Lux Skin for around 3 months now and it’s been a really good decision coming here. Everyone is super friendly, and I never feel rushed during my treatments. Dr. Dineli is such a lovely person. She explains everything really well and recommends treatments based on what my skin actually needs. I first visited Luxskin Clinic in January this year for acne scar treatments. I had deep atrophic acne scars on my cheeks and forehead as a result of cystic acne, and I’m very happy with the improvement I’ve seen in my skin since starting my treatments here. Dr. Dineli is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She carefully assesses my skin after every treatment and recommends the next treatment based on my skin’s condition at each visit, rather than simply following a fixed treatment plan. All of my treatments have been performed by the doctor herself, and she always checks on me throughout the procedure to make sure I’m comfortable and doing well. So far, I’ve had two TCA peel treatments, several sessions of MNRF with exosomes, two subcision treatments, and an RH-X collagen treatment. I can already see a significant improvement in my acne scars, and my overall skin condition has improved considerably as well. The customer service at Luxskin is also excellent. All the nurses are very friendly, kind, and professional. They are skilled at what they do, and I haven’t experienced any issues with the staff so far. Despite the clinic being busy most of the time, they are well organized with appointments. Whenever I arrive for my scheduled appointment, I’m attended to promptly without having to wait for a long time. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience at Luxskin Clinic. They offer a wide range of treatments for different skin concerns, and I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking for professional and attentive skin care.

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Dinali for the past 8 months, and I can confidently say she is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors I’ve ever met.
